Below is the list of instruments supported by Benchling Connect. Check back regularly as we continue to grow the library of available out-of-the-box data connectors.
We’re also happy to discuss your specific instrument connectivity needs and use cases. We’re using this customer feedback as a key input to prioritize the roadmap of out-of-the-box instrument data connectors that our team is developing.
In the case where an out-of-the-box instrument data connector isn’t currently available, use Connect builder.
Connect builder is a no-code UI and set of tools for ingesting, mapping, and transforming instrument data into structured results as a pipeline. Once a new instrument is set up with Connect builder, it can be used to automatically ingest instrument data into Benchling consistently as part of the scientific workflow.
Connect builder supports separator delimited simple files such as CSV, TXT, and TSV, along with Excel file types, such as XLS and XLSX formats. To get started, simply upload an example of the instrument output file that you want to connect.
