We welcome conversations about your specific instrument connectivity needs. Your feedback helps prioritize our roadmap for developing new out-of-the-box instrument data connectors.
If an out-of-the-box connector isn’t available, use Connect builder.
Connect builder is a no-code UI and set of tools that enables you to ingest, map, and transform instrument data into structured results pipelines. Once set up, the integration automatically ingests instrument data into Benchling as part of your scientific workflow.
Connect builder supports:
Separator-delimited files: .csv, .txt, .tsv
Excel formats: .xls, .xlsx
To get started, upload an example of your instrument’s output file.
