Can I bulk delete empty cages?

Issue

There are empty cages in studies that need to be deleted.

Cause

Empty cages can be made from quick cages or not being deleted after animals are removed/euthanized.

Resolution steps

1. Go to the colony page and bulk select the cages that are empty 
2. Select Delete

1. During the recaging workflow in the study select Delete empty cages in study at the bottom right
