Issue Summary
Benching identified and resolved an issue where, under limited conditions, analyses running concurrently could produce duplicate or inconsistent regression chart visualizations. This only affected chart display. All underlying data remained accurate and intact.

Regression Chart: A visual output generated by Benchling Analysis that shows trends and predictions from experiment data, commonly used for QC and validation workflows.
What Happened
During concurrent analysis executions, some regression charts may have displayed incorrect trend or prediction data. This issue did not affect any underlying datasets or stored results, only the generated chart visualizations. The underlying bug has since been fully identified and resolved.

- Validated Cloud Preview: September 10, 2025.
- Validated Cloud Production: October 3, 2025
Who is impacted
Benchling has identified all impacted customers and is working with them to identify and share impacted visualizations and will work with customers to fix the issue. Data integrity was never at risk and a limited number of regression chart visualizations were impacted.
