Issue
Workflows can have snapshot fields that look up Results information for a given entity. These snapshot fields do not appear to update with newer Results if Results are entered after the tasks/outputs tables have been created and populated with data.

Cause
Snapshot fields are only evaluated once, when the lookup object/entity is added to the table. They are not re-calculated if new Results are added afterwards.
Resolution steps
If a table has not yet been submitted, you can remove/re-add the lookup object in order to refresh the snapshot field. If a table has already been submitted, unfortunately, there is no way to refresh the table to show the most recent results.
