What is the survey?
We’re running a quick user experience survey called UMUX-Lite. It is an industry standard survey to help us understand how well Benchling meets you and your users’ needs, and how easy it is to use. The survey appears directly in Benchling via a pop-up and should take less than a minute to complete.
Why are we doing this?
Your feedback helps us:
- Understand how Benchling is working for you today
- Identify opportunities to improve the platform
- Prioritize updates and new features based on user input
How will my feedback be used?
Your responses will be used internally so we can better understand feedback in the context of different user needs and experiences.
