Issue
A user needs to transfer ownership of their shared projects

Cause
Academic Accounts cannot close their account as long as they are owners of shared projects
Resolution steps
Step 1: Navigate to the project menu and filter on "My Projects" to display projects owned by the user
Step 2: Open project and use the gear icon and select project settings to change ownership of desired project
Step 3: In the project settings modal use the Owner dropdown to transfer ownership to another user
Step 4: Repeat this process for all "My Projects" that have been shared with other users
