Issue
You are unable to archive a flowchart workflow schema because it must have at least one task schema.

Resolution steps
To archive a flowchart schema, follow these steps:
- Create a Dummy Task Schema that is an Entry Execution:
- This will be a schema that is irrelevant to the flowchart and doesn't need to have any fields.
- Replace Task schemas and Transitions with the Dummy Schema:
- Edit the flowchart you are wanting to archive by removing all tasks schemas and transitions from the flowchart steps and replacing them with the dummy task schema.
- Note: A flowchart requires at least one task schema, so the dummy schema is necessary as a placeholder.
- Set All Active Tasks using this Flowchart to “Cancelled”:
- Identify any active tasks using the flowchart schema.
- Set these tasks to “Cancelled” to ensure they do not interfere with the archiving process.
- Archive the Flowchart Schema and Any Relevant Task Schemas:
- Proceed to archive the BTask2 schema.
- Note: You won't be able to archive the Dummy schema. Our product team is aware of this product gap and is working to address this issue.
