How can I share worklists between users?

Issue

Users want to share worklists with collaborators, so they can work on the same set of items.

Share the worklist with the collaborators via the worklist settings:

1. On the homepage (Jellyfish icon), click Recent worklists and open the worklist you want to share.
2. Next to the worklist name, click the gear icon > Worklist settings.
   
3. In the pop-up, click Manage access.
4. Update the collaborators to share the worklist with them.

Collaborators will not be notified of the worklist being shared with them, but can access the worklist from the homepage.

You can also reference the worklist by @-mentioning it in a Notebook entry (i.e. @worklist_name) for easy access, but this will not automatically share the worklist itself. Only if users are added as collaborators via the steps outlined above, they will be able to access the @-mentioned worklist.
