Can Output to Task Lookup Map to Two Columns in the Input Table?

Issue

User needs to create Workflow Tasks for Entities in multiple Schemas from the same Task Schema. (In other words, end users perform an Extraction Task on an entity 'Type A' or entity 'Type B', and the Input Table has a Type A column and a Type B column). They are unable to set up Output to Task Lookup to link an output column to both of these columns.

Cause

A current limitation of Output to Task Lookup is that exactly one column of the input table must be referenced.

Resolution steps

A potential workaround is to consolidate data from the two columns into one column, either by archiving the existing columns and creating a new Any Entity column (if data has not yet been recorded against the schemas) or adding a column that consolidates the data from the existing 2 columns using the concatenate function.
