Assembly history is not present in the side panel's History tool under the Lineage tab.

History side panel's Lineage Tab of DNA sequence entities
Cause
Information on assembly history has been moved from the History side panel's Lineage Tab to the Assembly History tab of an entity. The Assembly History tab has added capabilities to better visualize your sequence and quickly view metadata information.
Resolution steps
To access the assembly history information:
1. Open the sequence entity that was assembled on Benchling
2. Navigate to the entity's tab and click on "Assembly History"
