Can I have parameters whose names change when the parameters change?

Issue

Can't change a parameter name based on other components of the SQL query, like other parameters.

Parameter names can't be set to change dynamically, where its name changes based on other query parameters.

Resolution steps

1. Create new parameters with desired naming, as needed.
2. Update the parameter name so it encompasses all values you expect to see in that parameter.
