You can quickly annotate many DNA sequences in bulk, taking advantage of your feature libraries

First, expand your project or folder that holds your plasmids. Select all of the sequences you want to annotate. 

From the More menu, find Analyze and then click Auto-Annotate:

Choose which feature libraries you want to use:


After you've chosen the feature libraries, click Auto-Annotate to annotate all your sequences at once:
