To ensure uptime and overall stability of the Benchling platform, we perform monthly scheduled maintenance for necessary infrastructure changes and to ensure speed of service.

What to expect

During monthly scheduled maintenance, the Benchling platform may be inaccessible. All platform operations will resume by the conclusion of the maintenance window. 

You'll be notified 72 hours before all scheduled maintenance. For your planning, scheduled maintenance will always occur the last Saturday of every month from 4:00pm - 6:00pm PT unless otherwise noted.

Will support be available during scheduled maintenance?

Note: In-app support, like chat, won't be available during the scheduled maintenance window.
