We have been receiving numerous requests that users are not receiving the password reset emails. We can confirm that the password reset email from the Benchling side is being delivered. This is an issue with your organization blocking our password reset emails or holding them in a 'quarantine'. Many of our clients have been able to unblock our emails and then reset their password successfully. Please reach out to your IT team to have them release these emails to your inbox, add support@benchling.com to your team's allowed list of senders, and whitelist the benchling.com domain.
Reset your Password
If you are an academic, you can reset your password by going to https://benchling.com/forgot and entering your account's email address.
If you are an enterprise customer, you can reset your password by going to https://<tenant>.benchling.com/forgot and enter your account's email address.
If you don't see the password reset email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
