Mention sequences

Reference a sequence by typing "@" and then the name of your sequence into your entry. Click on the sequence you want to insert.

Now, when you cmd + click on the link, your pNEBR sequence will open in a new tab.

You can also add sequences and other files into your entry by dragging and dropping, or using the attach button.

Mention other files

You can @mention other files, including Notebook entries, users, teams, in a given entry by typing the "@" symbol followed by the name of the entry. In the example below, typing "@HEK" gave the user the option to link the entry "HEK23 Study."

Benchling will show you all the notebook entries that @-mention an entity. To view this, go to the Metadata tab on that entity and scroll to the bottom Relevant Files section. You will also find any other linked biological entities in this section.
