Give visibility to your teammates involved in the request process by updating the status of your request.

Navigate to the Request application by clicking on the "Requests" icon.

Click on the request of interest.

In the top right corner, click on the dropdown of status (see image below).

There are various progress statuses to select from: Request, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled.

When you change the status of the request, the requester will receive an email notification of the updated status.
