Change screen view
Enter split screen
In the top right of the table, “split screen” will open the table in the bottom half of the screen with more rows visible at once
Enter full screen
In the top right of the table, “full screen” will open the table in the workspace.
Filter and sort rows in a Fragment/ Construct table
Filter table rows by status:
- Click on the Status dropdown on the right side of the table tool bar
- Select the status you would like to filter for
Sort Table Columns
Similar to tables within entries, you can sort fragment/ construct table columns, making it easier to navigate the table rows. To sort a column, right click on the header and select one of the following sorting methods:
- Text columns: “A to Z” or “Z to A”
- Numerical columns: “lowest to highest” or “highest to lowest”
Adding or deleting rows in a Fragment/ Construct Table
Add one row to fragment or construct table
Click the + in the bottom left corner of the table
Add multiple rows to a fragment or construct table
- In the bottom left corner of the table, enter the number of rows you want to add
- Click the Add rows button
Method 1
Delete one row from a fragment or construct table
- Right click on the row you want to remove
- Select Delete row from the dropdown
Delete multiple rows from a fragment or construct table
- Select on the first row you want to delete
- Hold down shift
- Select the last row you want to delete. This will highlight all cells between the 2 rows you clicked
- Release shift and right click on any highlighted row
- Select Delete rows from the dropdown
Method 2
Delete one row from a fragment or construct table
- Click on the row you want to remove
- Click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the table
- Select Delete selected fragments/ constructs
Delete multiple rows from a fragment or construct table
- Select on the first row you want to delete
- Hold down shift
- Select the last row you want to delete. This will highlight all cells between the 2 rows you clicked.
- Click the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the table
- Select Delete selected fragments/ constructs
Delete all rows from a fragment or construct table
- Click on the trash can icon in the upper right corner of the table
- Select Delete all constructs/ fragments
Delete all rows with a certain status
- Following the above instructions, filter for your desired status
- Click the trash can icon in the right corner of the table
- Select Delete filtered fragments
