In Benchling in Vivo each animal can be assigned a disease induction date which represents the date that the disease or symptoms of the disease being researched were induced, for example; tumor implantation date.

This date is recorded on the animal and can be used to define the day that is being selected for analysis calculations using the Study group summary tables in the analysis section under graphs.

Set the disease induction date

  1. Select all animals to which a single date applies for Disease induction.
  2. Click the Bulk actions menu and select Set disease induction date.
  3. Select the date, then click Save.
