Due to the timing of the Validated Cloud Preview and Production upgrade this year, we want to proactively share how Benchling's Quarterly Release Support team can support you during the Q4 2022.4 General Release.
Preview Upgrade on 22-NOV-22
For US Customers: After the Preview upgrade on 22-NOV-22, your Quarterly Release Support contact will be available to update configuration flags in your Preview environment 28-Nov-22 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
For EMEA Customers: After the Preview upgrade on 22-NOV-22, your Quarterly Release Support contact will be able to update your configuration flags in your Preview environment on 23-NOV-22 after the Preview upgrade has completed.
As a reminder, Benchling's support team does not update any configuration flags without your prior authorization.
Production Upgrade on 21-DEC-22
After the Production upgrade on 21-DEC-22, your Validated Cloud QR Contact will be available to assist with configuration flag updates from 21-DEC to 23-DEC-22. Due to Benchling's company wide shutdown, the Support team will be unable to from 24-DEC to 02-JAN-23 to update configuration flags or manage configuration specification documentation. We will resume our availability to provide config flag updates and the config spec documents on 02-JAN-23.
