Give visibility to your teammates involved in the request process by updating the status of your request.
- Navigate to the Request application by clicking on the "Requests" icon.
- Click on the request of interest.
- In the top right corner, click on the dropdown of status (see image below).
- There are various progress statuses to select from: Request, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled.
- When you change the status of the request, the requester will receive an email notification of the updated status.
