Navigate to the Template Collection you’d like to create a new template for. Then click + New Template.
Format the notebook template as desired to include any relevant tables, checklists, etc. The number of rows in a Registration Table can be preset in templates. To adjust the number of rows, drag the cell located in the bottom left corner of the Registration Table that contains an icon of three lines.
Tip: Adding dates by selecting Insert > New Day will add numbered days (Day 1, Day 2, etc.) instead of actual calendar dates. The day number can be changed by clicking on each day header. When users create entries from a template, these generic numbers will be automatically updated based on what the user sets as the entry’s initial date.
When finished with formatting, click the “Information” icon on the right panel and select Update Information to update the template.
Once a template has been created, you can create an entry from that template.
