Benchling's advanced primer features can help you streamline your research. If you  have imported or created new (manually / wizard) primers on Benchling, whether in the Registry or a project, you can find and attach them to individual sequences


You can also attach primers to multiple sequences at the same time. To do this, first expand your project or folder that holds your sequences. Then, select multiple sequences, and then click Attach Primers: 

You can choose specific projects that have the primers you are interested in. In addition, you can specify to only attach primers that bind exactly once in the sequence: 


The remaining options are set from the parameters last used when attaching a primer to an individual sequence.
