Once you've created or imported a protein, our flexible visualizations provide you with exactly the information you need. You can toggle information about your AA sequence like coloring scheme, Hydrophobicity, and Isoelectric point (pI).

To access these display features, click on the gear icon located in the upper right hand corner of the sequence map.

You can also access information such as length, Molecular weight and and Isoelectric point (pI) for an AA sequence that you've selected. To do so, navigate to the bottom left hand corner of the workspace.

When performing a protein alignment, you can turn on graphs like hydrophobicity, pI, and % identity by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the alignment.

A global summary panel is also shown to give you an at-a-glance view of your alignment. To access alignment statistics, scroll to the lower left-hand corner of the alignment. More information regarding protein alignments can be found here.

You can also get important information about your protein, such as molecular weight, isoelectric point, and extinction coefficient. When you have a protein map open, click on the Biochemical Properties tab on the right.
